We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from 333 Swim. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be requested and shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Swimwear must have the original tags attached and hygiene sticker in place.

Return Process

  • Contact Us: To start a return, please email us at hello@333swim.com with the subject line "RETURN" and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.
  • Shipping Charges: You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
Refund Policy
  • Refund Processing: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment within 10 working days.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
